Cancellation Policy

Deposits To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of your service may be collected at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. The remaining balance is due after your service is completed on the day of your appointment.  Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will lose deposit. • If you no-call/no-show, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be needed to rebook.   Late Arrivals To ensure all guests receive the full experience: • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule for a later date. • Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment when possible.   Refund Policy Due to the time, products, and customized nature of salon services, all services are non-refundable.  However, your satisfaction is important. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment or color correction if appropriate.  Color Adjustments Color corrections or adjustments will be honored only if the salon is notified within 24 hours of the original service.
